Registration for 2019-2020 
Please call Marianne Mensinger at 267-599-2486 to schedule an appointment. 
You will need a registration packet that can be obtained from the school.  
The following is needed at the time of registration:
 - Child’s birth certificate
 - Child’s up-to-date Immunization record
 - Parent’s Identification
 - 4 proofs of residency

 All parents who pick-up their child up in car line will receive a new family number for this school year.
